Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price

The staff here is very friendly. Though this is not a 5-star hotel as marketed. Expect around 3 star service then you’ll be fine. The park and activities are great and the location of the hotel is world class

Séjour très agréable à Namkat, je recommande mille fois ce petit coin de paradis. Au milieu de la nature, piscine, restauration , chambres incroyables! Le personnel a toujours été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le restaurant reste très abordable , les massages sont un peu plus chers que dans le teste du pays (environ 40€ de l'heure). Activité tyroliennes, pont de singe dans la jungle chaudement recommandées!!

Énorme resort au calme d'un parc national

Resort bien conçu pour les séjours de groupes. Si le buffet petit déjeuner est plutôt bien, les plats laotiens des repas sont plutôt moyens, sauf à rester sur les soupes de nouilles. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas aller à pied du resort aux chutes d'eau à proximité (seulement 6km dont 5km sur une route forestière et 1km de 16 ponts suspendus successifs), le parc imposant de prendre un véhicule avec guide/chauffeur.

Fantastique

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit coin de paradis. Possibilités d'activités (visite de cascade, quad, musée...) Très bon restaurant, très copieux. Petit déjeuner très bon et très varié. Personnel très souriant, très sympathique et disponible. Benjamin, le responsable du resort sait nous transmettre sa passion pour ce lieu et la faune et la flore qui l'entoure. La chambre était fantastique avec vue sur la rivière. Piscine très agréable. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se relaxer en pleine nature. Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour ces 2jours et pour leur précieuse aide pour notre souci à la gare ;)

朝食が豪華なリゾート施設

朝食が豪華。エコ(スタンダード)ルームはそれなりに狭いが、最低限は揃っており困る事はあまりない。2人連続でシャワーを使ってもお湯がきちんと出る。敷地内に土産物屋、コンビニ、カフェ、食堂(朝食会場とは別)がある。ただし、17時前に全て閉まる。 部屋の湿度が高くエアコンのドライ設定をオンにして一晩過ごしても湿気を感じる。英語が通じるスタッフが限定的。敷地内の道路は、おそらく意図的に小川を横断させているため、徒歩の移動が困難。移動は時間にゆとりを持って計画する必要がある。
