"Staff was great. Had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of pee. Second one smelt old but better than pee. The outside area also smells of pee"

"Great stay, beautiful hotel. Not too far from the main strip in the gaslamp district or the train depot for people taking public transit. Plenty of stores and restaurants immediately around the hotel too. Valet staff were nice and very attentive too. Would recommend."
