"Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel clean, great location for ABBA VOYAGE short walk, Stratford TS just minutes away from hotel and 18mins to Waterloo.
If any suggestions, bar staff very slow took 3 staff to pour 2 drinks everytime!
One took order and 2 to decide on which bottles to use! Also air con would not go any lower than 23 degrees.

"I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again."
"Perfect, stayed here the night of the Coldplay gig. It wasn’t too bad leaving Wembley to get back to Stratford and shortened our journey home late at night.
Great location to access shopping at Westfield.
Fab staff, checked us in early as there was a room available.

"Nice simple, comfortable rooms that provided us (family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids) with everything we needed. Breakfast options were great. The location was AMAZING with endless amenities nearby from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, groceries, greenspace/parks, cycling as well as extremely convenient public transit options to anywhere in London. Would definitely stay here in this area again."
"Very new one in Stratford, Westfield mall is just opposite to the hotel, 5min walk to underground, trains. w/ Elisabeth line directly to Heathrow airport. Absolutely to recommend! "

Downside - careful we self locking rooms within the apartment so you do not lock yourself out, maybe not suitable if have younger children."
"We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries...
