"Do not book here. My mom and I had to book here last minute and it was a mistake. We spent maybe 2 hours there and had to leave because it didn’t feel clean enough in our hotel room to sleep or put our stuff. The room was a suite. Nice you would think. Wrong! The couch and ottoman were filthy. There were dark stains all over it and the ottoman was very much worn. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my suitcase even on it. We sat by the pool which was nice and booked another hotel as we were not...

"There was a group of young people who occupied the lounge… finished the water available! We asked the stop if they will replace it but they did not, and we have to go out just to get water! Btw, those kids stink the place too!!"

"Everything amenities worked proper and all advertise items were good. Only issue is had was the damn AC SYSTEM was loud as hell. I had to turn up the temperature so that temperatures could equalize faster and turn off the AC otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean, properly maintained, the neighborhood was good and restaurants were nearby."

"Did not even check in. This place is a dump. The pictures are very misleading. Everything is on the second floor can’t find entrance parking lot in shambles. Did not feel safe enough to get out of our car. Please stay away from this place!!!!!"

"There are a couple other properties within a block or two but I always choose to stay at Rodeo Lodge specifically because of the staff. Always friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store, a mall, a Planet Fitness, a CrossFit gym, Chinese to go and a breakfast house within a few blocks. Also, a small bar/coffee house/restaurant a few doors down."

"One of the reasons I chose this place was that it had a hot tub listed. Upon arrival the hot tub was not operational. The property was old, the beds were hard and the AC units sounded like jet planes."

"My only reason for the low stars were 2 reasons! 1.) No pets allowed! Im and animal & pet lover so im absolutely bias! Sorry 2.) No trash cans outside! What's up with that? I'd like to empty the fast food wrappers etc out of my car when I stop to rest from traveling all day but I can't there because there is Not ONE trash can in the parking area! Aside from those 2 issues the place is Great! And somewhat isolated, which i really like!"

"The carpet in our room wasn't very clean, and the shower had pink and black mold that needed cleaning. The floor of the shower was so slippery that I fell in the shower, and luckily my head just missed the lower shelf or it could've been lights out for me. I have never fallen in any shower, so that kind of shook me up. The next day, I told the young gal at the desk that I fell, and she just looked at me blankly, saying NOTHING...I was like, but please don't worry, I'm okay. Asked for a bath...

"SpringHill was a very nice place to stay with very clean and quiet hotel room with clean linens, comfortable bed and nice amenities. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff were professional, attentive and pleasant."
