Great location, easy walk from the train. Comfortable area with many restaurants and shops. Getting in the first time was somewhat challenging. The room was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable. The shared bathroom worked well.

There is no ac or laundry on site even though the listing said there was. The shower did not drain due to a bunch of hair under the drain cover. Very sad I spent $70 for 1 night. I’ve stayed in $15 a night hostels that were 10000x better than this place.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno al BnB. La stanza è stata pulita e comoda. Si condivide il bagno con altri ospitanti, ma sempre era pulita. La colazione è stata un altro aspetto positivo. La Wifi era rapida. I had a great stay at the BnB, The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared with other guests, but it was always clean. The breakfast was another positive aspect of the stay. The Wifi was also fast.

The hotel was accessed by an automatic gate system which we could find no way of opening. We ended up having to drive away and find a different hotel. We therefore did not stay there,

Vraiment cher pour 110€ la nuit. À ce prix là, mieux vaut aller à l'hôtel !! Au moins vous avez une salle de bain et des toilettes pour vous seul !! Propre en apparence mais quand on regarde de plus prés, c'est tres douteux la preuve en photo. Ca ne donne pas envie, très décevant. Je vous déconseille cet hébergement, pour le prix vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.

Muito bom!

Bom custo benefício. Fica a uns 10 min de caminhada da Piazza Brà e uns 8 min da Estação Verona Porta Nuova. O quarto para uma pessoa atendeu, mas senti falta de um frigobar e o aquecedor não estava aquecendo. Me hospedaria novamente, apesar disso.

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig gut zwischen Bahnhof Porta Nuovo und der Piazza Bra. Sie ist rezeptionslos, heißt, man bekommt beim Buchen einen Link zum "Check in" geschickt, womit man sich beim ersten Eintreffen am digitalen Türknopf am Apartment einlassen kann. Ich hatte Zimmer Nr. 1 "La Loggia", kleines Zimmer mit eigenem Bad neben dem ZImmer. Das Zimmer war klein und etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Einzelbett, Sessel, kleiner Tisch, TV (leider nur Ital. Programme) und Kleiderhänger u. ein Deckenfan. Es waren dort im offenen Zimmer 2 Schlüssel 1 Chip hinterlegt, womit man dann weiterhin ins Gegäude und Apartment kommt. (Der Chip dient dafür, am digitalen Türdrücker mit Zi.-Nr. und Auflegen des Chip die Türe zu öffnen) Das digitale "Selbsteinlass"-Procedere war für mich neu und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Vermieter war aber jederzeit über Telefon oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Weitere Zimmer mit einem shared bathroom im hinteren Teil des Apartments, sowie ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischen, Stühlen und einem Kühlschrank, wo man etwas deponieren kann. Am Abreisetag konnte ich mein Gepäck auch nach dem Auschecken freundlicher Weise im Apt lassen. Die Umgebung ist eher Wohn-/Bürogebäude. Gegenüber eine Bar für einen leckeren, günstigen Kaffee/Croissant. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nah zur Piazza Bra. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man dort in gut 10 Minuten. Zu Bahnhof sind es max 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geht es, für länger ist es eher etwas spärlich

Das B&B hat eine super Lage. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten an der Arena, dem Mittelpunkt von Verona. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Andrea (m) hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gezeigt. Das B&B ist eine große Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern. Das Zimmer selber war gut, alles drin was man braucht, sauber, die Betten bequem. Man hat außerdem von den meisten Zimmern aus Zugang auf die Dachterrasse Soweit war alles super. Das einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat waren unser Nachbar. Um 6:30h morgens wurde die das Badezimmer für Stunden belegt und Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste wurde nicht genommen. Es wurden Türen geknallt, laut Musik gehört, gesungen und laut gehustet. Nachts ging es dann mit sehr lautem Geschnarche weiter. Ohne Oropax eine Qual bei den dünnen Wänden! Dafür kann der Gastgeber allerdings nichts. Zudem war das Frühstück recht Mau. Es gab nur Croissants aus der Tüte und täglich eine Packung Wurst für mindestens 7 Gäste. Etwas wenig. Und wenn man dann erst um 9:30h frühstückt ist fast nichts mehr da. Ein klein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre auch für ein B&B nicht zu viel verlangt :-) Trotzdem alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Это не отель, это квартира в жилом доме. Т.к. жилье было забронировано за несколько часов до приезда, внимательно не прочитала, что ванная комната - не собственная, а на несколько (кажется на 3) комнат, это был шок. Позже на сайте повнимательнее читая, да, я это увидела. Завтраки не советую оплачивать. Это не завтраки,а одно название. Круасаны в пакетах из супермаркета. Чай/кофе и печенье в банке. Очень доброжелательный хозяин - встретил, все объяснил, посоветовал куда сходить, что посмотреть. Есть вай фай. Это все достоинства этого проживания. В номере было жутко холодно (в январе) В Европе везде экономят на отоплении, но здесь было просто как на улице.

It is OK for a short stay

Good position: walkable distance from the rail station but you need to take a bus to the city centre. You have to book an appointment to check-in. Clean room, but the bathroom is outside. Good Wi-Fi. The breakfast does not exist, there is a coffee shop downstairs though.

Ужасный отель.Взяв оплату наличными, воруют с карт

Ужасный отель. После поездки списали деньги равные сумме поездки, при том что оплата была наличными. Объяснили только после звонка, якобы не смогли найти ключи от номера. Без звонка, без предупреждения. Больше похоже на воровство. После разговора, приходит письмо о том что я не отдыхал в этом отеле. Вор и жулик! Буду обращаться в банк о возврате средств!
