Die Lage ist ideal: Verona ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen. "Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

"This was my third visit to Lake Garda. Room 1 had no lake view because it was completely blocked by trees. As an Expedia VIP member, I did not ask for the complimentary room upgrade that may be offered subject to availability; I merely asked whether we could move to one of the vacant neighboring rooms with a view. "This was a great option for a multi day stay in Verona. The hotel location is excellent right across from the Castelvecchio and with very easy walking distance to Piazza Erbe and the historic center. The staff were very accommodating with any request for assistance we needed. The breakfast was top notch and the staff overseeing it were absolutely wonderful."
