The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast room was nice. The breakfast included with the price of the room was very good. I picked it for the price and the rating, but I didn’t realize it wasn’t near the City Center, where I needed to be. It was on a busy street in a residential neighborhood.

J’ai eu l’opportunité de séjourner dans cet hôtel et c’était tout simplement une expérience inoubliable. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à la moindre demande avec un sourire. La chambre était parfaitement propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le confort du lit était exceptionnel, idéal pour une bonne nuit de sommeil après une journée bien remplie. Les équipements étaient modernes et en parfait état, avec une literie de qualité supérieure. Le petit-déjeuner était un vrai régal, avec une large variété de produits frais. Le personnel parle plusieurs langue pour faciliter la communication. ( francais, anglais, italien). Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne en quête d’un séjour de qualité, tant pour le service que pour le confort. Un sans faute, je reviendrai assurément lors de mon prochain passage !

Sono tornato a pernottare presso l'Hotel Gardenia perché molto accogliente, il personale gentile ed ospitale, gli ambienti puliti. E' fuori Verona, io sono andato in auto, non so valutare i collegamenti con i messi pubblici. Non so cosa viene fatto dalla struttura per l'ecosostenibilità.. Nelle vicinanze si trovano alcuni negozi utili quali la LIDL, Expert, una enoteca, Bar e tabaccaio. Anche salone da barba, solarium, tatoo. Io do un bel 9

Very good hotel and very polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was the distance from the center. Far and the public transport was not so good mainly weekends and after 9 o'clock
