Arrived for check in and waited 15 min due to “computer issues”. Room was okay, shower drain backed up to a disgusting level while taking a shower.

Told them it was a birthday, Anniversary, valentines and got the worst room overlooking the valet. Wasn’t clean, outdated, staff couldn’t care less
