The hotel front desk showed him such compassion and respect, despite his appearance being affected by radiation therapy. It meant so much to us that our family was allowed to share a quiet, meaningful lunch with him in the hotel restaurant. Only two days later, he passed away peacefully. "I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! The staff was so nice and accommodating, you just don't get personalized service like this much anymore. The room itself, despite appearing a little dated in the pictures, is far more charming in person. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and set to the perfect temperature. The location is great, just steps from the beach, Wawa's, fine dining and they also have parking, a true rarity. Check in was easy, and if all that isn't enough, they also had cookies every night. Im a sucker for cookies, but great service deserves recognition and that's why I posted this review. "
