Ok ish experience. Prons- convenient location, bus stop near by that has bus directly reaching Venice in 15 minutes. Saturday market at the square 50 meters from the hotel was really good. Bought some good quality Italian fabrics at really cheap price. Cons- The heater didn’t work so the room was cold during the first night. When we informed the owner, they fixed it for our second night. Cleaning was Ok and would recommend them to replace the blankets as they looked quiet old.

Check in was confusing because we arrived at a slightly different address and had to walk 10 minutes. The actual stay was great and for what we paid, I am quite happy with this place. Right near the bus stop to get into Venice!

Sicuramente la peggior sistemazione nel nostro viaggio verso la Serbia: Molto sporco con ragnatela agli angoli della stanza, molto calda e con solo un ventilatore coperto anche quello di polvere. Letto molto rumoroso ad ogni singolo movimento

Ótimo custo benefício

Vamos lá, propriedade para quem quer um custo baixo e uma boa localização, somente isso, limpeza no chão do banheiro estava ok, e por ser compartilhado precisa de ajuda de todos, mais o chuveiro grande parecia que não era limpo a anos, então uma limpeza minuciosa seria ótimo, o quarto que ficamos tem uma porta sanfonadas para o outro quarto com cadeado, eu não me senti seguro devido isso, porque não fecham e coloquem uma parede? Bairro a noite andamos sem nenhum problema no primeiro dia mais depois decidimos pegar ônibus até o local.

La propiedad tiene solo un baño y servicio sanitario para todas las habitaciones. Las puertas de ese baño se traban y es casi imposible abrirlas. El portón de salida de la propiedad se cierra automáticamente y una vez pase esto te quedas encerrado y no hay a quién contactar para que abran de nuevo.

camera singola di un appartamento composto da altre stanze , siamo in un condominio al primo piano , quando ho soggiornato non c'erano altri ospiti quindi ho goduto di silenzio, gestore accogliente . ho pagato tassa di soggiorno di 4 euro per un giorno direttamente in struttura , comunque prezzo basso x il soggiorno , vicino fermata bus x venezia

Good option for a visit to Venice

Air conditioning would be nice, since it's boiling hot in the room if it's warm, big spacious room. The host was very friendly and helpful. Bus station 5min walking distance to catch 2 buses into Venice. Bakery, little bars and Coop very close by.

Very clean and Central but noisy

Very clean and location is super.For the price toom is okey. But very noisy. Other people in the house shouts and slamming the doors.Also, there is just one bathroom and not enough. Otherwise it is a great place to visit Venice.

Bien localisé et propre, un peu bruyant.

Chambre correcte et propre. Manque la climatisation surtout par forte chaleur mais ventilo mis à disposition. Inconvénient beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Petit Plus : nous avons pu nous garer sur le parking privé de l'établissement. Bien localisé. Plusieurs lignes directes pour aller à Venise.

Clean and budget-friendly guesthouse

I appreciate they provided info of transportation, attractions and nearby restaurants. 5-minute walk to the bus stop for buses that go directly to Venice island. The bathroom was cleaned everyday. The room was also clean. Comfortable beds. The room was a bit small though, and it's stuffy at night when we had to close the door and window. A hair dryer, a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Helpful staff.

ホテルの看板がなく初見では入り口が分からないためチェックイン前のホストへの電話は必須。近辺はタバコ屋、トラットリア、スーパー、バス停、トラム駅などがあり利便性は高い。ホストに聞くとオススメのトラットリアを紹介してもらえる。

Totally good

I started one night with a friend. The room is entirely clean and stuff is friendly. Location is not so far from Mestre station and there is tram stop near there. Only not good thing is no supermarket around there, but any other points are good. I recommend you if you are looking for cheap and cozy place.

Die Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr sauber. Jedoch war die Toilette zusammen mit der Dusche. Das heißt am Morgen teilen sich vier Zimmer eine Toilette mit Bad. Unsere Erfahrung war: Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm. Ansonsten konnte man auch mal eine gewisse Zeit warten bis man die Toilette und Dusche benutzen konnte. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, so dass man sich auch heiße Getränke machen konnte. Die Lage war optimal. Gegenüber der Unterkunft war ein Tabacci Laden wo man sich schon Fahrkarten für die Busse und auch für die Vaporettos in Venedig kaufen konnte. Die Bushaltestelle war gerade mal ~ 150 m entfernt und man konnte direkt mit der Linie 6 + 6L bis nach Venedig an den Piazzale de Roma (zentraler Busbahnhof) fahren. Die Fahrt dauert gerade mal 20 Minuten. In der Nähe der Unterkunft waren mehrere Bars, ein Supermarkt, sowie ein Markt und mehrere Schnellrestaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort die Unterkunft bei einem Besuch in Venedig nutzen.
