It’s okay, not the best not the worst

It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room.

Overall fine. Pool was closed due to "bad weather" when it was 25 degrees C and blue skies. Breakfast was closed at least 15 minutes before checkout (10 a.m).

Nel complesso una buona permanenza

L’arrivo non è stato dei migliori, non trovavano la prenotazione e addirittura mi aveva detto che non collaboravano con hotes, mah! Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno

Sejour agreable dans l’appartement spacieux. Parking gratuit. Wifi qui n’est pas assez puissant. Un peu de souci avec la proprete de l’appartement. Super pour les familles pour les sejours courts et longues.

Lækkert sted, men faciliteterne stemmer ikke

Dynebetrækket var beskidt da vi ankom. Der er ikke shuttle service som lovet i beskrivelsen. Der er ikke cykeludlejning som lovet i beskrivelsen. Man kan heller ikke opbevare sin bagage. Selvom der er elevator, kan den ikke tilgås med kørestol, da man skal op af trapperne først. Pool er ikke inkluderet i opholdet, og indgangen skal betales ved pool cafeteriet. Ellers et fint ophold, dejligt med eget køkken og værelset var i god stand.

Plusy: Hotel położony na uboczu, dobry dla szukających ciszy. Blisko do miasta i na stok, jeśli ktoś jest autem- nie wiem jak z innymi środkami komunikacji, nie sprawdzałam. Minusy: Byliśmy 5 dni a pokój w tym czasie nie był nawet raz sprzątany. Sprzątaczki niby widziałam na korytarzu ale sprzątały one chyba tylko pokoje po gościach, którzy się wymeldowali bo w naszym pokoju nawet śmieci nigdy nie zostały zabrane czy łóżka pościelone. Niestety pokoje nie maja żadnej wentylacji więc zaduch w nocy robi się straszny, choć na dworzu zimno to trzeba uchylać drzwi balkonowe aby jakoś przetrwać. Restauracja ma bardzo ubogie śniadania, jestem wegetarianką więc dla mnie pozostawały tylko bułki, dżem i kilka warzyw. Na obiad poszliśmy tylko raz, menu jest jedno 13 € za dorosłych, 10 € niby za dziecko ( my byliśmy z dzieckiem 8 lat i policzono ją również 13 €), nie ważne czy weźmiesz tylko zupę czy samo drugie danie danie to 13 € będzie policzone. Podsumowując byłam, przeżyłam:) ale więcej już tam nie pojadę i innym też nie będę polecać.

Disappointing.

Disappointing. No idea where they got their supposed 4 stars. Our stay was very disappointing for such a hotel. The apartment we got was shabby, with wall paint peeling off, clear signs of water damage, stains on the bed. The bathroom was in a state itself, with some ick in between most tiles and lack of a shower screen on the bath tub - as well as no attachment for the shower head anywhere. Clearly, proper care is not taken for this property. There is also way too little parking. When arriving in the evening there were no spaces at all. Breakfast was poor too. Not much other than a nice view over the Tatras can be said on the positive side. Oh well, I wouldn't bother to stay here again.

Resort je veliký, proto chapu, ze čistota ubytování nemuze byt 100%, ale prach a vlasy na podlaze se daji jednoduše vysat a upatlane spodní lišty ve sprchovem koutě, moc prijemne opravdu nejsou. Vse je o lidech... Taky trochu zamrzi restaurace celého resortu...pokud nemáte zaplacenou polopenzi, proste se tam nenavečeříte (nebo alespoň my ne, protože nám přijít az kolem 20hod, po polopenzich, s tim, ze nemáte na vyber více nez jedno jídlo, nevyhovovalo)...a to je celkem skoda. Jinak celkem pekne misto, pak postrádá své kouzlo.

Je wordt niet serieus genomen door het personeel, van de 4 dagen hebben we 3 dagen geen wifi gehad. 3× gemeld. Werd niks aan gedaan. Ook werden de handdoeken nooit ververst. Dus 4 dagen dezelfde handdoek gehad!

Gorgeous, clean, quiet, Top notch

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! It is clean and new. The buildings are gorgeous. There is a big kitchenette, dining area, beautiful bathroom and balcony. The decor and ambiance is warm and inviting.The scenery surrounding the hotel is breathtaking. Hikes up the mountains are only a few miles away. The staff is professional, nice and even promptly mailed me the jacket I left there. There are not enough positive words to describe how outstanding this hotel is!! We will definitely come back here!!

Doskonałe położenie i komfort pokoju. Wiele atrakcji w okolicy, restauracje, baseny termalne.
