Einfach genial

Wir waren sehr oft in Tatra und viele hotels getestet. Dieses hat uns aber sehr überascht. Für die grösse des hotels einfach nur geniales wellnes, frühstück ebenso. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Prijemny a oddychovy pobyt!

Pokojne prostredie v srdci Tatier s moznostou prechadzok do okolia. V hoteli pracuju velmi mili ludia, ktori su ochotni vzdy pomoct a vsetko vyriesit k spolojnosti hosta. Zaujimavo riesene sauny, velky bazen, kde sa da aj plavat. Urcite odporucam pre pracuvnu cestu aj romanticky vikend :)

Kontakt Wellness hotel- nice experience

I stayed in Kontakt Wellness hotel only one night, but it was nice experience. I really likes breakfast buffet, we stayed inthe hotel for dinner, tried mushrooms soup which was delicious and nice salad with ducks breasts. There is huge “sauna world” with inside pool and outside lake :) I would definitely come back! Enjoy your stay

Wonderful spa! Otherwise, a 2.5 star hotel, sadly

We enjoyed parts of our time at the Kontakt, but will not return. The spa and saunas are the pride of the hotel, and rightfully so: interesting, healthful, invigorating. Disappointments: Many, and more than the good points. The food (breakfast and dinner) was decent, but only on the level of a good cafeteria...all food was prepared in bulk and in large quantities, so nothing was truly delicious or special. The rooms were uncomfortable, with a bed that squeaked very loudly...two beds were pushed together as a "European queen bed." Bathrobes were provided in the rooms for use at the spa and pool, but they were never changed. When ours became wet...they remained wet for days. There were no shower curtains, (eastern!) European-style. The spa facilities...gorgeous! However...all instructions are in Slovak only (no English, German, French, etc. anywhere), the spa staff mostly do not speak any other languages...and the many posted instructions everywhere (in Slovak) are IMPORTANT. No footwear/slippers allowed! No swim clothes allowed (nude/towels only)! Towels and lockers and keys provided only if you ask for them (using sign language), etc. For us (adult and child), this led to much confusion and embarrassment. When my child (respectfully and quietly) entered the sauna or jacuzzi in a bathing suit, he was rudely approached by the spa attendant and literally yelled at. This embarrassed him, and he left the spa red-faced, unwilling to go back in again. So unfortunate!
