Very clean hotel and friendly staff. I didn’t know until I went to fill my car with fuel that there is a Westfield Shopping Centre with restaurants within walking distance. It would help if they mentioned this in the hotel reception. As I was only staying 2 nights for a business exhibition it didn’t bother me, but would be nice to have a notice in reception.

Great 3 night stay with family

Perfect 3 night stay for our family. Spotless room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, we had a very good rest, thank you 🙏 great breakfast and excellent service. No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️

Everything was great and all like we loved it the only thing i didnt like was that we were given rooms in a basement 😅 i have never seen hotel rooms in basements which was a first and for breakfast it was ok not tht many optns but we still had enough the morning staff were really greaf i don’t remember the name of the lady with the golden hair but she was super friendly helpful and kind she made us feel home everytime she was on shift. The room service was also very nice they cleaned everything properly but i don’t know if we had to tell them for extra towels or not because we didn’t get new towels after room service only like two small ones but we were always in such a hurry in the morning that i forgot to ask at reception but other than that we liked our stay just hopefully next time i don’t get a basement room 😅 but the room was very spacious loved that part of it

An alarm went off at 7am in the hotel cafeteria and we all hadxto evacuate. The reason? Someone burned toasts !? I had read an older review talking about the same issue. You would expect they would have figured out how to fix that issue and be able to burn some toasts without waking up and asking clients to evacuate. Other tgan that, breakfast was great.

Staff was friendly but room was very messy. Found food particles and a used cotton swab on the floor. Towels smelled very weird.
