"Great location in Velas, beautiful property with pool, sitting deck with ocean view, sunsets and Morro Grande view and hiking within 10 minutes walk. Close to supermarket and restaurants, ideal location in Velas. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were a little too firm for me but great for my partner...highly recommended for location, cleanliness and great staff! "

"The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. There was also a door to the outside that rattled loudly every time a gust of wind blew which also made it hard to sleep. Overall I would recommend finding different...

Fantastic views from some of the rooms towards the Mountain of Pico. Staff is so nice. A special thanks to Daniela and Bianca. They accommodated vegan options for my wife. A newly opened Hotel which I am sure will only get better with time! "
