"The room was good, the stores and grocery store next door was great, but I still dislike humanless properties. I may be able to navigate, but not everyone can and I’ve never had a stay at one where some other person wasn’t lost and confused and needed help, making other visitors do your damned job of solving their problems. "

"Prior to arrival, hotel emailed me instructions on different ways to travel to hotel from the airport. I greatly appreciate this because it was my first visit to the city. I was also able to store my luggage after checking out in order to go to a day trip. Hotel is conviniently located just under 10 minutes' walk from the main entrance of Helsinki Central train station. Will stay at the hotel again!"
