Good. Only the fan did'nt worked but we had climatisation. The door to our bungalow made a lot of noise. But overall, very pleasant.

It’s a quiet and friendly place. The staff are very helpful. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is fine. The property is in close proximity of the town centre but is isolated from the noise.

Amazing just Amazing
This is one of the best location. One block from the Main Street, Teo from the river, many good restaurants around , travel agencies, convenience stores and away from the noise. The room was very large, quantity furniture, comfortable king size bed, hot water, cool A/C, WiFi and a TV with some English channels. They also offer bus and tours reservations, laundry service and 34 hours free coffee or hot tea. The breakfast that is included was good. Variety of fruits and a menu with 4 choices. The best part was the excelente service of the staff. For the price, I was not expecting that much.

We booked the room with the view and it did not disappoint! The view was spectacularly stunning, with the pool. The beds were so comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, who they did their best to accommodate us and help us book our trip to Luang Prapang.

Very good location and at a fair price
The room was comfortable and clean, the beds were fairly comfortable, definitely in line with the price you pay. The shower room was large but the shower itself was lacking in a little bit of power but again, in line with the price we paid. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the location was superb Would stay here again

Go to Vang Vieng!!
The bungalow was pretty basic but comfortable. To be honest I would just highly recommend visiting Vang Vieng! It is a truly remarkable place!!

The place is nice. It has a pool but I didn't have a chance to plunge into it as it was raining almost the whole time. The rooms are quite clean and neat. But, you can hear all your neighbors conversation, if they are loud enough, and various stuff they do. So if you are not bothered that someone flushes the toilet in the middle of the night, then this place is a good place.

Good choice
The location is perfect, not in the middle of the crowds of town. The bungalows are basic but clean, and the staff is super helpful.

Not in the centre but very easy walking distance to everything. Good information on the tours etc. from the Finnish guy (sorry to have forgotten your name) but not so much from the other staff and they helped with onward travel. Breakfast ok. The rooms had a feel of a 'jungle bungalow' and were a little tired (there were holes in the floor) but were clean and comfortable.

Old World Elegance !
I fell in love with this hotel and the way it made me feel. It’s okdveorks elegance and very welcoming. The staff are attentive without being in your face and told us they have many repeat clients, people who think of this place as their home away from home and I can see why ! It’s defintely has an inclusive feel to it, no matter what you’re wearing or how you’re dressed, there is nothing snooty about the place and the way you are treated. We felt so comfortable here. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room overlooked the water, which is always gorgeous. It’s a highly walkable area, close to Georgetown which is a heritage site, and Gurney. There are two pools, the top floor one being an infinity pool. The breakfast buffet was the largest we have seen, and excellent food and drink. I went with my son, I should say it is rather a romantic hotel on the water, next time I think I should go with my husband.. or someone anyways haha. But yes, this hotel is my most favourite, I have great memories of our time there, and indeed plan on returning.

Among the positives, the breakfast is good with freshly made omelete and fresh fruits. The location is good and the staff is friendly. The negatives: the bungalows are very small and walls are paper thin so you can hear everything happening in the adjacent bungalow. Also, there was no housekeeping.

Great hotel and location
A lovely place in a great location. The chap working on the reception was super helpful in recommending things to do in the local area and would always spark up conversation over breakfast. The only slight let down was the condition of the bottom of the pool as it looked like it could've done with a clean, but with it being off-season and adverse weather for most of our stay, it didn't actually affect us too much and it's probably great during peak times. Would certainly recommend and would stay again for sure

Bed was perfect! Finnish host was welcoming and kind! assisted with bus tickets and tours. Laundry service available walkable to everything! could not have been a more pleasant experience!

Good bungalows in perfect location
Nice place in a good location, 10 min walk from main bars,shops, restaurants. The room is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is good for vegetarians also. The owner is helpful in recommending local attractions and where to hire a motorbike. Would stay again if in the area.

What a gem of a place. So ideally located and yet seems a world away from the town. As you on the Main Street but set back just enough fior a peaceful day by the pool and minimal noise at night. The rooms are so comfortable and cool thanks to the great air con. The staff are all amazing. Kape is just so knowledgeable of the area and a great host. Breakfast is well worth adding in. Nice hotel, but pool was not very clean
This hotel was quite peaceful and the staff very good, but the pool was dirty and unusable, due to construction next door. There were also many insects in the pool. The rooms had a little veranda and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was Chinese New Year, so trying to get a room with a view was impossible. Kope, the Finnish employee, was most friendly and helpful.

悪いところから言っていくと、まずトイレ周りが汚ない、部屋に隙間があるので蚊や虫が多い、電気が暗い、一個しかないゴミ箱が小さいので５００mlペットボトル2本でいっぱいになる、泥棒が出る（隣に泊まった外人さんは貴重品を盗まれていました...）、夜中にはホテルのスタッフが最大ボリュームで音楽をコンポでかけるので夜中の１０時半までは確実に眠れない。　タオルに汚れがあって硬い、シャワー室の天井に人が入れそうな穴が空いていてショックでした。 メリットは立地がいいのと、普通の朝食が食べれるの２つだけです

Værelserne var fine, dog erfarede vi, at vi slet ikke behøvede flere overnatninger ved vandfaldet. Der er næsten ikke andet at se i nærheden, så man keder sig hurtigt. Der er ingen wifi på hverken værelse, lobby eller restaurant. Omgivelserne er super smukke, men der er som sagt ikke andet at se, end vandfaldet. Transport tilbage til byen er meget dyr. Der var ikke varmt vand i bruseren på vores værelse. Vi havde flere ‘gæster’ i løbet f natten i form af gekkoer, firben og rotter/bus. Førstnævnte havde vi intet imod, men mus mm. var simpelthen for klamt. Vi fik lov at skifte værelse, men vågnede alligevel op til ødelagt tøj, som mus havde gnavet igennem. Meget uprofessionelt, også selvom, at det er en bungalow.
