The lady at the front desk was very very friendly and accommodating. We checked into the room and I always check the beds first for extra friends that you won’t want to take home. There were no cups in the room. I called the front desk and requested some and was told that they had no one available to bring them to the room and to come down and get them. There were no room darkening curtains and the parking lot lights coming in the room made it hard to sleep
