Our room was opened when we first arrived, fire/smoke alarm in our room was deactivated or unplugged, front hotel sliding doors don’t work so if you have a lot of luggage/bags it makes it incredibly difficult to get in the hotel, and they didn’t have any bell hoppers or carts available.

Super comfortable beds, great shower, and nice staff. Just some details missing; for the price, they should have been taken care of (not enough robes, towels missing, room wasn't cleaned until 6pm). When asked, the brought things promptly. Bathroom items sparse
