"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. "Wonderfully situated property in the gorgeous Thung Nham park. You can walk around the whole property, rent bicycles and go explore. There were a few things that weren't ideal. "We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again."
