Room was dated & seems to have been through some usage but overall good service like most said. The door handle at my balcony was broken or loose. (Oceanview). Loved our one night stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5! My kids loved the pool and it was so beautifully decorated for the Christmas time. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we hope to come back soon. Was also very close to the airport which was a plus for us!

We stayed in an apt/condo. It was beautiful, well furnished, great communication with the resort. The gym was usable and the beach is right at the resort.

Amazing stay! The property is not far from any of the places to see in San Juan. It is a very nicely done and well kept property. Also, the contacts and staff are very nice and responsive! I would definitely come back and book another stay.

The check-in & out process was smooth. Everything that this room offered was great. The room was clean. While we only stood here for one night of our trip and didn’t fully use the amenities the building offered, what we did use like the laundry room was really convenient. Great host. Thank you.
