"Bed is not at all comfort and the bathroom is not clean and very kiddy. Bath tissues are completely damped and dried. Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast. "The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of."
