"This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"

"Rooms were large and the hotel had almost every convenience. But small things were off. The kettle did not have a plug point to plug it into where it was placed near the TV. The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. The bathroom had a box for facial tissue but it was not real facial tissue but rather was the type of paper used in airport bathrooms to dry your hands. That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. "A lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful. A very unique stay if you're looking from something different. Some rooms on the third floor would be tough for tall people. Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town.
