I've been travelling for over 2 months straight staying in a different hotel in a different city almost every night and this hotel was by far the best out of all. There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. Gave me tea and cookies during checkin and was very helpful. The hotel is amazing. Very good location. Very good breakfast. Very good views from the room. Very good staff. 10/10 5 stars for sure!

Lovely service. Got a welcome drink when I checked in by the ´very friendly staff. Lovely room which was a bit noisy from a near-by bar. Checked out very early and got a pack of local sweet since I hadn't book breakfast.

We received a warm welcome from the exceptional team at the hotel who helped us with our luggage and offered a glass of peach juice whilst Anel told us about Mostar. The hotel is tucked away and a bit quirky but it’s clean, modern and in a perfect location for the city centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Altogether a great stay - would heartily recommend!

Didn’t eat anything here but the room was gross. Smelled musty, moldy. Stains and liquid spills all over the walls. Spiders, worms, bugs a plenty throughout the room. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Uncomfortable bedding. Staff was nice and area around place was nice but too dirty and smelly to stay here.

This is a lovely property in an amazing location. They had wonderful food and service. The only thing is I requested a balcony room and received a room with a terrace but the door to terrace was blocked with chairs and cushions and the terrace was not a private one. It was nonetheless a very nice experience and the amazing staff at the front of the house made it 100% worth it!

Room condition was average and cleanliness of the room is bellow the average. Breakfast price-quality ratio is average. Hotel location of course is good because it's located in the old town. If you are in the Mostar for the Holiday then this Hotel is OK, but if you are there for business then it's better to choose Hotel outside of the old town.

I would like to keep it as a secret, but it’s one of the best staff you can get in a hotel! Anel and Eldin are just wonderful guys: sincerely nice, willing to help you to have the best stay in Mostar you can get. The hotel has the best location to visit Mostar, rooms are super clean and the restaurants menus are awesome (try the Lamb!). Thanks to all the staff!
