"The location of Hotel Sidi Salem is the best in Bizerte. You can walk anywhere and the beach is amazing. I recommend full board, because the traditional Tunisian food they serve is fresh, healthy, and an excellent example of Mediterranean cuisine. Be sure to ask for a croissant at breakfast! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and there are people working security 24/7. The bungalow rooms are clean, have hot water, and are basic. Overall it's an excellent value for a hotel at...

"A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform...

" More BNB style in aa upscale beach side neighborhood. Near decent-to-great restaurants. Summery for high-end locals..not foreign touristy.
Walk or easy taxis to Carthage sites."

"The boutique hotel Maison Dedine and its executive manager Sana along with her entire staff are, without exaggeration, the best in the business. Maison Dedine has a warm, welcoming, artistic soul. Its staff have hearts filled with honesty and love, which beat in tandem with the waves of the Mediterranean sea that gently washes Maison Dedine’s foundation, making your stay there feel dreamlike. "This hotel has the wow factor. The room was huge and looked amazing. Important things first, the bed was very large and very comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was lovely too- took a while to heat up, but that is the only negative. The people who worked at the hotel were lovely too... they were very helpful and friendly. The only real negative is the air conditioning was noisy, but as we were there in November we opened the windows in the evening and let the cool air in, and the room remained a good temperature. The one thing that could have made our stay even better would have been a bar. We could find neither a bar nor off licence in the local area, but bought some in other areas of Tunis and used the fridge to good effect. All in all, we had a thoroughly super stay and would recommend this hotel. "
