"Excellent location for visiting Bristol & Staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the quality was great. Our room had a great view of the river and square but I would say that the room decor was a little tired however we wasn't there to stare at the walls but this could do with some attention. Overall excellent visit and would visit again"

"I stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last twenty years and co tinue to be impressed. The settjng is perfect overlooking the harbour, its decor stylish with rooms that are comfortable. I particularly liked the sumptuous tv placement and size, ameneties and storage space. The breakfast is served in the restaurant overlooking the harbour and is well catered to hot and cold options."

"We stayed in september for 3 nights in room 142 the room was not as clean as it could have been the tv you could not get any information about any of the programs but the bed was very comfortable we did not use any of the extra facilities we had a meal in the main restaurant the service was excellent as was the food"
