"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"

"We maintain contact with the person in the hotel before arrive, but the boat delays 20 minutes or more to pick me up at the port. The pictures of the website do not reflect the place. There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies"

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "

"​​​​⚠️NEVER STAY HERE! A DISHONEST SCAM⚠️ ​DO NOT BOOK. This was the worst experience of my life. The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality. They show no remorse and have no intention of improving. ​Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet. I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up. I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours. They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. The public spaces were beautiful. The restaurant food was good. The only downside was the main city center is around a 35 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the hotel, which didn't bother us much at all. It was only about 10-15 soles to take a cab or tuktuk."
