A piece of heaven in Cappadocia. Lovely staff and owner made our stay very memorable. The rooms are clean and very cute and they come with large personal patios where you can lounge on a day bed and relax in the shade. We will be back.

Peacefull hotel

I have never been in a hotel soo peacefull, warm and just amazing. The host and his staff do anything they can to make you’r trip Just the best. it’s not a fake Cave hotel and every room is uniqe. The breakfirst is good, We Will come back again.

・サービス:オーナーはとても温かいおじいちゃんです。夜遅い時間の到着でも、朝早い時間の出発でも出迎えてくれました。(オーナーの部屋がホテル受付と一体になっており、いつでも対応してくれます) タクシーを使いたいと相談すると、手配してくれます。空港シャトルバスも手配してくれます。(支払いはユーロです) 旅行中の予定をシェアしておくと、ツアーのお迎えが来た時など教えてくれます。 ・朝食:最高です！サラダや果物やパンやチーズが食べ放題。自家製オレンジジュースもいただけます。また、スタッフがコーヒー紅茶を淹れてくれます。スタッフが卵料理は好みに合わせて作ってくれます。チーズ入りgozlemeも作ってくれます。希望があればテラスで食べることもできます。 ・部屋:101号室に宿泊。ベッドは洞窟ベッド2つ、クイーンベット1つあります。洞窟ベッドは個室のような雰囲気で落ち着いて眠れました。部屋は広く、スーツケースも全く問題なく開けます。シャワーは少し時間が経てば温かいお湯が出ます。 ・設備:それぞれのベッド横にcタイプのコンセントがあります。バスタオルも数種類置いてあり、翌日クリーニングされます。ドライヤーは設置されていますが、コンセントの刺さりが悪くコンセントを押さえながら使いました。パジャマはありません。シャンプーやコンディショナーは自分に合ったものを持参した方が良いかもしれません。(シャンプーとボディソープが用意されています)紅茶やコーヒーが用意されていて、お湯も沸かせます。 ・雰囲気:ホテルの立地はユルギャップ繁華街から徒歩15分と少し離れていますが、落ち着いています。買い物は気軽に出来ないので事前に買っておきましょう。ホテル入り口までが急な坂で舗装されてないのでスーツケースは少しだけ頑張る必要があります(女性2人でしたが頑張れました)

Haydar Beyin Necla Hanımın Musa Beyin misafirperverlikleri, sıcakkanlılıkları bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi. Haydar Bey emekli tur rehberi olduğu için bize vermiş olduğu haritayla 3 günde Kapadokya’yı çok rahat bir şekilde gezdik. Otel temizlik,hizmet ve kahvaltıda çok başarılı, sağolsunlar tatilimiz sayelerinde çok güzel ve eğlenceli geçti gelmek isteyenler gönül rahatlığıyla burada konaklaya bilirler. Il più gentile host della Cappadocia

Stupenda struttura, con le camere veramente ricavate nella roccia e in larga parte antiche (a differenza di molte strutture nei dintorni, che sono chiaramente recenti). L'host è il più gentile di tutta la Cappadocia, disponibilissimo ad aiutarci ed accogliente.

Otel işletmecileri Semih Bey ve eşi Şebnem hnın güleryüzü, her daim yardımseverliği ve eşsiz sohbetlerimizde hem çevre hem de bölge tarihi hakkındaki bilgi birikimi hayranlık yaratıyor. Şehir merkezi gürültüsünden uzak ama mesafe olarak bir o kadar da yakın konumda olan otelin muhteşem manzarası büyüleyiciydi.. Hayatımızda ilk kez duvara gömme tavşan yataklarda yatan çocuklarımızla birlikte eşsiz bir tatil deneyimiydi. Odalar, çarşaflar, banyo her yer tertemiz.. Kesinlikle Kapadokya bölgesine gelecek misafirlerin bu otelde konaklaması gerekiyor. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz..

Ortamın sıcaklığı

Çok araştırarak zor karar kıldığım bir seçim sonucu muhteşem bir yerle karşılaştım . Temizliği ve konumu mükemmel , insanların rahatlığı için herşey düşünülmüş vaziyette. Odaları geniş havadar ve genel durumu ile otantik bir yer. Haydar bey ve çalışanları oldukça sıcakkanlı ve ilgililer. Kahvaltıda seçenekler her türlü beklentiyi karşılayacak durumda. Özellikle Haydar beyin misafirperverliği ve cömertliği ile kendinizi evinizde yada mutfağınızın bir köşesinde hissedebilir , kahvenizi yudumlarken çalan müzik eşliğinde romantizmi yakalayabilirsiniz. Hani burası Ege sahillerinde olsa her yıl aynı yere gitmeği düşünülebiliridim . Emeği geçen herkese teşekkürler.

Wonderful Hideaway!

We truly enjoyed this hotel...We felt welcome and very comfortable...The sense that you are sleeping in a cave is real, the area offers great views, it’s quiet, peaceful, and walking distance to the center...Every morning we were greeted with a warm smile, a wonderful breakfast that included many options, even eggs cooked to your liking...Haydar was very helpful, arranged a couple of private tours based on what we wanted to see, he was always there to answer any questions or simply to chat a while...We were sad to leave this nice hide away!

Great stay in the caves.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for more. Even before checking in the hotel got in touch and advised us about the pick up. Check in was most welcoming and hassle free. The property is spacious , rooms are large and clean and service is excellent. The breakfast is perfect and freshly prepared. Hotel staff is very cheerful and helpful. The owner Mr Haider is a wonderful host and really knowledgeable about the area. He got us the best deals regarding our trips and we could not have asked for more. The hotel is everything one can wish for. We definitely recommend it and hope to come again for longer.

Best part of the summer!

This lovely hotel was my favorite this summer. The service was above and beyond, breakfast was delicious! I highly recomend this hotel, they make you feel like family, even cared for me when I got sick. They can also arrange for an excellent private guide to Cappadocia.

Staff is super helpful. Since my pick up to the airport is super early, they even prepared a brown bag for me so that I'd have something for breakfast when I get to the airport. However, you need to have dinner before returning to your room . There are only two restaurant in the area.

Stay here

Room was on top floor with a magnificent view plus a private sitting room to the left. Room was large with ample bathroom space. Quiet area close to Turasan wine tasting room and Ziggy Cafe (yummy food and cool atmosphere). Staff were very accommodating especially Mesul and Emir.

Best place to stay in

Great place to stay. We spend 3 days there and enjoyed every minute. Delicious breakfast with amazing view. Rooms are very authentic. The hotel rooms are inside of the cave.

IImmerse yourself in Cappadoccia!

This was a wonderful and authentic experience. A little of the beaten track, which suited us. We had great service, wonderful tours and fabulous vistas. This is a small, authentic Cave Hotel, away from the city centre in Urgup. breakfast included, and we were able to order in dinner. Great, helpful staff - no TV but good wifi!
