The staff here is absolutely wonderful and super helpful! If you’re looking for a gorgeous cave experience, ELAA is perfect! Off the beaten path and nice quiet location!

Beware of references from reception.
Please make sure not to use the local taxi number provided at the reception. The Taxi driver usually takes longer routes to charge more. Horse riding services were decently priced. Others not so much. During my trip I stayed in another 4 star hotel in Goreme and they provided more reliable services

My best friend and I both stayed at the Elaa cave hotel for two nights and had the BEST time ever. The manager is SO sweet. She helped accommodate anything and everything that we needed, from providing food when we first entered and sat on the beautiful terrace to helping arrange for a taxi when we were running late to the airport and couldn’t find one. She also provided extra water bottlers and was in touch with us 24/7 for anything that we needed or came up. She is the sweetest person and our stay at the cave hotel was amazing. The room is actually pretty warm/good temperature (which is exactly what we needed as we heard cave hotels can get cold!). We both highly recommend everyone to stay here! The taxi driver was super kind as well.

short staffed on every area
stayed for 3 nights, when we arrived around 6 pm, there were some hiccups, but the lady eventually found my reservation and told me, my room is on another street,( they now have 2 buildings) and I will need to walk 5 minutes to the main building for breakfast. which is fine. however, when she show me the room, it was very dusty and had a damp mold smell, one of the beds doesn't even have bed sheet on. That is no AC, so I requested a fan to keep the fresh air. I understand most of the cave room has dust and dampness problem but after I saw the room next to mine, the room was ready-made and cleaned, I then realized the hotel wasn't aware of my reservation for today. it's a beautiful hotel, but short-staffed. breakfast is ok, it's kind of messy because they aren't enough tables. nice people, but I won't return again

Great cave hotel
I really had a great experience staying at the Elaa cave hotel. My room (51) was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and the service exceptional. The hotel terrace has an amazing view and it was fantastic to be able to have a tea and watch the sunset there after a long day touring the region. All the tours I took picked me up right there at the hotel, so it was very convenient.

Peace and comfort
Elaa Cave Hotel is a great choice for the couples who are looking for calmness and relaxation with the nice location it. All the hot spots are nearby and easy to reach if you have any kind of a vehicle. Necla who hospitalised us is a great lady with her lovely personality and delicious breakfast of course! Thank you for everything Necla! :)

Elaa Cave Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel that has been carefully designed and staffed to ensure that your stay feels like an experience of 'home with a heart'. The hotel interior and spacious cave rooms are designed with a great eye for detail and class. The rooms have a relaxing ambience and are decorated not only to appeal to an avid eye with their original and beautiful rugs and cushions (from Ruth's impressive Tribal Collections Nomadic Rugs in nearby Goreme) but with a range of practical items such as a comfortable bed, a fridge, a digital television, toiletries, towels and slippers. There is also a vast and tranquil rooftop terrace where with gorgeous panoramic views! Ruth (owner) is highly welcoming and knowledgeable, and will happily assist you with matters such as local recommedations, transfers and excursions bookings. Sweet Nerca will also be your host over a deliciously fresh Turkish spread for breakfast, or to assist you with daily cleaning and anything you may 'need'. Walk through the captivating valley that begins just paces from the hotel - here is a sure place to capture a display-worthy. The quaint town centre is just a very brief walk and you can enjoy a cheap coffee, some nuts from the stalls or visit the Ortahisar Castle. Goreme is also easily reachable by a brief car journey or 45-50 minute walk to take in the scenery (just 25 YTL each way). I unreservedly recommend the beautiful Elaa Cave Hotel and its special owners and great staff. ♥️

So Friendly staff..
I stayed one night in Elaa and It was really amazing starting from the staff who were so warm and welcoming. I felt I am at my home. Delicious breakfast and some home made food. I'd rather to see an A/C in the room but it was fine for this time of the year. I highly recommend staying there. Thank you so much Elif.

Nice Hotel
We check in early and they provided refreshment for those day. All of stuffs are very kind and help, hotel owner too. Manager lady sent to bus terminal us with her own car. She is very helpful person. I could recommend to stay.

Love it. The hotel was amazing. The breakfasts the best the staff was very helpful " Necla" the staff lady was the best . She was very nice served us breakfast and was very attentive .

宿のマダムが非常にフレンドリーで親切でした。 シャワーが破損したのもすぐに対応してもらえました。 ただ、支払いがカードだと調子が悪いらしく現金がいいと言われたのが少し手間でしたが、マダムの人柄が良いので、ATMに行くのも苦にならなかったです。 またカッパドギアのこのエリアに宿泊する事があればリピートしたいです。

El hotel y las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, te hacen sentir en casa, Necla la encargada del hotel es muy dulce y siempre estaba pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos, el desayuno era delicioso (en especial las galletas) Espero volver pronto. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Genauso eine Unterkunft stellt man sich in Kapadokya vor. Mega schön. Großes Zimmer , für uns vier plus Kind mega gut. Von dort aus sind alle nennenswerten sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können uns den tollen Bewertungen nur anschließen.

Kanalizasyon kokan bir odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Necla hanımın güleryüzü ve güzel hizmeti o kötü kokuyu maalesef gidermedi. Bu şekilde bir odayı kiralamamaları gerekirdi.

Bir gece kaldık ama çok beğendik, Aile için harika bir yer, bizimle ilgilenen Necla hanım çok sıcak sevecen biri, sanki misafirliğe gitmiş gibi hissettik,olabilecek en iyi ilgi alakayı gösterdiler. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, odalar temiz, yataklar çok rahat kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz ayrıca otelin bulunduğu yer şirin bir mahallede akşamları keyifli bir yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz.
