"This was an impressive hotel. We were there on a weekend when a wedding was held at the facility. The hotel was very full. That being said, our check in was fast, It was very quiet at night. It has a free breakfast but unlike most hotel free breakfasts which are barely palatable, this is at a restaurant where you order off a menu, it’s brought to you by a waitress and actually delicious! The view of the hills in the background was spectacular. There is a fun roadhouse restaurant across the street that is excellent. This was one of favorite stays while on our circle tour of Lake Superior."

"The guest room was pleasant and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed to discover after my stay that the hotel offers an $11 food and beverage credit per room, which was not communicated to us during the check-in process. The front desk staff were adequate, and the parking facilities were satisfactory. Overall, the experience was standard and did not particularly stand out."
