Didn't bother to say anything at check-in. It might be handy to put a sign on the machine ... or FIX IT!! One-ply sandpaper in the bathroom?? No hand soap?? What, $1 extra per day?? Pathetic, on a $160/night hotel room!! Find more English speaking staff!! Brand new hotel, good luck!"
