The motel is very run down. The rate was good, but the motel is in a rough part of Denver. There were old cars sitting around and trash all over.

Fantastic staff and nice people. Rooms are older and not well maintained, but it was the only place available due to flight issues. Nice thing is Dennys is next door for late night food.

This hotal is in super poor condition. Staff are decently welcoming but the rooms are awful. Nail polish stains on the carpets and walls, the wifi is half the time not working with slow internet. Barely any lighting equiped in the rooms. The area around the hotal is filled with so specious with people living there, smoking, and loud outsiders.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not the most desirable and they definitely need a complete overhaul but for the price what can u expect. What the rooms lacked the staff from the maids and maintenance men all the way up to the managers were very nice and helpful so that made up for the shortcomings of the rooms

The property needs quite a bit of maintenance, stains, marked up walls, holes in walks, old and falling apart furniture. The area is pretty sketchy. It is cheap and is in close proximity to the airport. To have a cheap place to crash for the night before an early flight it will do but don’t expect much.

As far as value, it's always a good choice for us to get away for a few days on a regular basis and the location is important for us as it's close to work, lessening the commute. As far as the room is concerned, it's just average to poor; the rooms could be more cleanly. The bathroom in particular is critical; if housekeeping spent just a little more time, even an old bathroom can be clean & sanitary! The staff & the price are why we continue to return; staff is always always very welcoming & kind! We come back for this reason!! Check-in is quick & smooth, getting us into our room in no time! Does the aging hotel need some renovation? Yes, but the value/price is right! Thank you to the staff, we appreciate you very much!!

i dont remember the young lady's name on duty on thursday evening when i checked in on may 30th but she was very personable. she made everything run smooth and even came to my room the check on a particular non-problem. kudos to her and the staff. thank you

Sketchy

Not clean at all. Several sketchy people hanging around the hotel. No phone to call lobby. One bath towel, one hand towel, one wash cloth for two people. Very few outlets. None between the beds for cell phones, etc. Loud, urgent knocks on the door at 3:30am. Did not feel safe at all. No phone to contact the lobby about someone outside the door.

The staff were very sweet and kind. The key to my door wouldnt work anytime i left the motel and had to get my card reprogrammed. Me and my fiance were watching tv quietly and we had someone bag on our wall threatening our live. It says breakfast but they only give you 2 treats for breakfast. No gym, and they charge everyone a different price for the security deposit. I paid 50, my neighbor paid 40 and i watched someone get ut for 25. The paper says its 100 dollars which is outrageous considering the condition of the room. Shower is way to short. Parts of the room were falling apart and beds were uncomfortable. The only thing i enjoyed were the staff. Whenever we had a issue they did what they were able to.
