"I really feel for my husband because he hasn’t been able to sleep properly for the entire three days of our stay. The bed is extremely uncomfortable — it feels like there is no padding or foam at all and is almost as hard as sleeping on wood. It has been really difficult for him, and I feel so sorry ..."

"事前に到着が深夜になることを伝えていましたが、チェックイン方法等の連絡はなく、到着するも部屋に入れずでした。結局深夜から飛び込みで泊まれるホテルを探す始末でした。 その後もメッセージに対しては何も返答がありません。払い戻しもどうなるかわかりません。"
