Nice pool with a ocean veiw on the 4th floor. Nice breakfast with plenty of variety. Actually control planes was straight forward and easy to use. The staff was very kind and helpful. This place is UNBELIEVABLE. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. Top tier service. I also got a massage and a facial at their spa. I felt like I came out a whole new person. I definitely will stay here again and again when I come back to bali
