"The staff were beautiful and very accomodating. We loved being greeted with a smile each time we spoke with them all. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. Many thanks for Mika who took us to Uluwatu on our last day, she was lovely to chat to and very informative about Bali. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Shower was good. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. Overall it was a great stay."
"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was really well situated in center ubud but still secluded enough from the street. The room was immaculate and the staff super friendly. It was a lovely oasis in town with a magnificent pool. On our last day some noisy guest arrived and we realized that room wasn’t soundproof (just for your info if it’s something that bothers you, but we were perfectly fine with this since the rest was so good)"
