The place is clean and the staffs are nice and friendly. They also have a good selection of food in the restaurant in the property and also has free breakfast. I like the idea of having a shuttle that can take you to Ubud town center and pick you up. I recommend this place to anyone and will come back and stay here again.

Probably the biggest bang for your buck. The property the room and the view were top freaking notch. Felt like i was in a fantasy. The service was on point as well. Will definitly spend my time here again.

I was disappointed they allowed smoking and vaping inside the dining room when there was an adjacent outdoor dining area. I was there for the fresh mountain air. The food and service were outstanding.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area near Ubud surrounded by lush jungle. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Ode at the front desk. The infinity pool is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The prices are also very affordable compared to some of the other resorts in the area of this calibre. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in Bali next time. Highly recommend it.

This property is outside the city center. It is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. Definitely relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent. They also offer a shuttle to city center with pick up several times a day. I havd zero regrets especially as a solo traveler!

Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet.

the hotel is great, I love it and it is recommended. It's very quiet and relaxing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Wati, Ms Eka and Ms Dwi who provided the best services. The hotel is a bit out of the way but very quiet. The view from the bar and the sunset are fantastic. The hotel has its own transport at regular intervals into the city. I can't add anything negative. gladly again. Thank u and best regards

Fantastic stay

Lovely stay at The Hidden Paradise. Great room with balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower. Wardrobe/ cupboard door runners needed fixing but this was a minor inconvenience. We had a valley view and although the view didn't stretch out across the valley seeing the lush vegetation, listening to the sounds and watching the birds endlessly flit about was amazing. Great breakfast. Excellent service all round - Dewi in particular served us at breakfast every day and lunch on our last day and was lovely. The hotel is outside Ubud in a beautiful peaceful setting. We made use of the free shuttle into town (depending on time of day you're better off getting dropped on the edge of town due to traffic). We indulged in a massage which we both thoroughly 'enjoyed'. They worked on us well! I had the Abhyanga massage and had never had two people working on me simultaneously before. I was pushed and pulled in all sorts of ways but by the end of it felt incredibly relaxed. I also had a pedicure. The spa rooms are open-sided so you have that amazing valley setting. The bar is also next to the spa with that setting. We had use of the main pool which also has the beautiful garden setting and the view over the valley. I booked a cookery class through the hotel which was such a fab experience. Highly recommend as Wayan and his family were brilliant. Finally, we arranged a shuttle to the airport on our final day and that was very straightforward. Just a perfect end to our holiday.

The property is stunning and overlooks the jungle. I stayed in one of the rooms that open up to the infinity pool overlooking the jungle. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains to the pool and view were the highlight of my stay. The staff was great and i had the most amazing hot stone massage by Eka. The property is a bit away from town but there is a free shuttle available if needed.
