Tranquil rainforest setting. It’s budget accomodation so rooms and amenities are basic and tired. Friendly management and rooms cleaned daily. Will need transport due to location and mortine spray if you don’t like bugs.

Beautiful place, great location, friendly staff

Comfortable and beautiful place in walking distance to popular Ubud spots. We stayed two weeks at Royal Villa Jepun as a couple in one of the poolside villas. We can highly recommend Royal Villa Jepun for their beautiful little hideaway of a hotel, their friendly staff and their filling and fresh breakfast (we had the Indonesian breakfast - simple and great). We felt very looked after, safe and happy there. Would definitely stay again.

Ao chegar no hotel tivemos a surpresa pois o mesmo estava sem luz e água, então saímos enquanto o problema era resolvido na volta o problema ainda não estava solucionado, o que fez com que o chuveiro e aquecedor dele Tivessem oscilações. Quarto infestado por lagartixas ao solicitar a troca de quarto os atendentes falaram que todos teriam e não efetuariam a troca, o hotel tem muito jardim o que acaba fazendo com que tenham muitos bichos. Na entrada do hotel e do quarto haviam duas cobras e sapos espalhados. Hotel bom para quem gosta de conviver com animais selvagens

Air conditioning and water supply in case of emergency needs improving and needs to be addressed. Limited choice for breakfast and need more choice. Bathrooms could be cleaner and tidy. On the day of departure we needed some help as our pick up service did not come. They had no facilities to make a phone call on our behalf. We had no water in our rooms to shower.

Me encantó la habitación y todo el hotel en si, porche y piscina con mucho encanto y la habitación era muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno era ideal con variedad a elegir y el servicio muy amable en todo momento. Como punto negativo destacaría la falta de una limpieza a fondo en la habitación ya que habían telarañas en algun mueble y el lavabo al estar al descubierto tenía muchos insectos y no resulta del todo cómodo.

The pool area and gardens were beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and good coffee. The room looked beautiful the bed was so comfortable but apart from the bedding it wasn’t clean. The fridge was stained and last it’s best ok for drinks but not food! . Cobwebs dirty window coverings etc. It’s the only thing that lets the hotel down. The shower was adequate but again the area and toilet could do with a good clean. The towels were grey and I had to ask for clean towels when I felt it obvious they need changing. Anyway I would go back for the grounds pool and staff alone. It could be amazing with just a few bits of cleaning and replacing.

Séjour agréable. Hôtel calme, original, bien entretenu. Jardin, piscine reposante. Un peu loin du centre lorsqu'on rentre le soir dans la nuit. Bon petit déjeuner. Micky qui nous a servi de chauffeur est agréable.

Wonderful staff but no door on restroom.

Great staff.. Lovely people. Well priced. The bad things :No door for the restroom in standard room and other rooms have outdoor showers and the snakes that come with it. The lizards that live in the bamboo ceiling are lovely but they poop on the mosquito nets and the tables. The nets around the bed have lizard poop. Which can't be safe? The breakfast is inedible. But I still enjoyed my stay because the staff are so lovely.

The room was good but it wasn't the one from the picture, it was an annex. The breakfast wasn't my style. There was too carbs and less protein, but the fruits and juices were good.

집처럼 편안하고 아담한 빌라 로얄 제푼

호텔 사이트에서 사진을 보고 선택했는데 사진처럼 예쁘고 아담한 정원이 있는 자연 친화적인 빌라였어요. 가끔 작은 도마뱀도 있었고 나비랑 다양한 곤충들과 개미등, 수영장 작지만 예쁘고 룸은 부드러운 느낌의 대리석 벽과 바닥으로 고급스러운? 마감. 높은 천장과 캐노피침대, 스탠다드 룸이었지만 수영장 뷰였고 조식은 인도네시아식과 아메리칸 중에 선택할 수 있었고 먹을만 했어요. 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑 걸어다닐만 하구요, 재방문의사 있음

居心地の良いホテル

＊良かった点 ①朝食が美味しい（五種類の朝食から選べます） ②ヴィラの雰囲気はラグジュアリーさを求める人には向きませんが、ラスティックな感じがリラックスできてとても心地よかったです。 ③スタッフとても親切で、好感が持てます。夜に病気になった際にタクシーを呼んで欲しいと頼んだところ、スタッフが連れていってくれました。本当にありがたかったです。 ＊要改善点 ①天蓋ベッドに結構な数のシミがありました。気になる人は気になると思います。 ②外の音が聞こえます。私は全く問題なかったのですが、相方うるさくて寝れなかったとぼやいてました。 全体的には、もう一度宿泊したいと思える良いヴィラでした。中心街からは離れていますが、ネカ美術館は目の前ですし、タクシーでウブドの端まで７万ルピアで行けます。街の喧騒から離れたロマンティックなヴィラなので是非オススメです。

authentic balinese hotel in a peaceful location

tranquil setting with beautiful villas, a real escape from "everday life". a perfect place to unwind and the spa next door is fantastic. you do need a motorbike or taxi into town, but this isn't a problem as everything is laid back and no problem. lovely rooms, all with a balcony or verrandah and a pleasant pool surrounded by a lush garden

Friendly place :)

Stay was lovely, staff were extremely friendly! Close to the main area of ubud but far away enough to get out of the busy area. Outside bathroom was a shock at first, but we got used it and really enjoyed it :)

An awesome stay at the hotel. The hotel is outside of the center of Ubud, which was nice for noise, but still within walking distance to everything around! There is also complementary breakfast, which was very good! Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Ubud (which we hope to be!)

Hotel muy bonito. Pequeñito y muy exclusivo.

Las habitaciones geniales. Limpias muy grandes y bien decoradas. El Porsche de cada habitación precioso. Baño y cocina en el exterior con unas plantas exóticas preciosas. Un jardín muy cuidado. El personal y el gerente encantadores. Un hotel para volver en nuestra próxima escapada a Bali. Totalmente recomendable.

Lovely and affordable hotel!

A very nice hotel! The staff were very accomadating and helped when they could, and they even took us to Pandangbai for a small price. Can't fault the hotel. The only slight drawback was the 20 minute walk to town but there are some bars/shops on the way. Thank You for a great stay

indiscutablement. l'atout de cet hotel est son excellent rapport qualite-prix. Le cadre est charmant, toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine. le seul bemol est le personnel, peu chaleureux, ce qui est bien rare à Bali. un vrai effort est à faire. Notre chambre était très bruyante ( l'impression d'etre dans la meme chambre que les voisins) mais à ce prix...
