I was unfortunately disappointed by the resort. A few hiccups like no towels on arrivals, the tea cups were dirty, the bathroom a bit tired - all things I could live with since it was a very cheap price. However, the real deal breaker is that they seem to offer, on their website, a lot of facilities like yoga lessons, a gym, excursions, AND FREE SHUTTLES several times per day, none of that existed ! Considering the resort is not a walking distance from the centre of Ubud, it proved to be rather inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was kind and the pool area enjoyable.

The inconvenience of the location meant we were catching 40 minute Gojek as the closest restaurant was a 45 minute walk. We only got our room serviced twice in 5 days and we had to ask for fresh towels each morning as they didn’t provide any when our room was cleaned. The bathroom had a natural smell of fescues which made it very unpleasant to shower. The breakfast however was absolutely beautiful

Place is very nice but needs many improvements eg: food, menu, pool & necessities provided in the room. I think it’s just opened after covid and started to get busy now. Staff is very friendly specially Wira he helped me find cheap activities to do around and also drove me there after work. Overall nice & peaceful place!

Lack of cleaning

no recommendation. We were given a completely different room than the one we had booked. We said so right away and they spent 2 hours preparing the new one. Both the new room and the one we were given in the first place were full of mold. both on the ceilings, the walls and on the blinds next to the bathtub. The bathtub was filthy dirty and the whole bathroom smelled. The whole shower cabin was completely limescaled and dirty. The toilet was filthy dirty and the bathroom floor was greasy. The bed creaked so you couldn't sleep well and woke each other up every time you moved. There were stains on all the furniture, bedding, towels, etc. The location was super bad. very far from any town. We walked 2 km before there was a really good restaurant we dared to eat at, without getting Bali belly. We had booked 3 nights, but we chose the same evening we arrived to book a new place starting the next day, as we simply couldn't stand being there, due to the smell, lack of cleaning, location, etc.

Wake up to the view and sound of nature

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. It was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to have an over night in thr Ubud area so we'd experience that part of Bali. We wanted to eat by the famous rice field terraces and the staff had a great recommendation and went ahead and notified the restaurant that we were coming. Im personally wondering how the pandeamic affected tourism as you can see just a bit of the recovery being made in the property. It must have been a slow season too as we noticed we were the only one of a few guests which we absolutely loved. It is surrounded by trees and nature and what a beautiful sight waking up to that view and its sounds.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. They didn't give us our drinks for check-in and our room was ready late. Most of the things in the room were missing and it was damp. I asked for room cleaning on the 2nd day but when I came back in the evening my room hadn't been cleaned. I wanted to go to the pool but the pools were dirty. The food prices were average but the quality was not very good. I visited 4 different hotels in the area but this was the worst.

Very nice staff and tranquil area, but it's apparent this hotel has seen better days. As an act of cleanliness, they put those urinal pucks all around the bathroom, saturating the whole room with the smell. It gave me a headache and my close upon returning home still smelled of it. I had to ask to towels and the internet kept dropping every 5 minutes. I left the hotel early.

The hotel does not look like the photos they advertise. They do not offer housekeeping unless you call them directly and ask for something to be cleaned. The room we stayed in was very moldy and a lot of stains on the bedding. (They also warn you of additional fees for any stains or damages) We arrived after the check in time and they did not have pillowcases (6:30pm). We found more blood stains on the duvet and requested for it all to be changed. Thankfully they did it without a hassle. Although they changed it, the new ones had stains still. Red stains. The washroom curtains and window curtains were all stained with black mold. There was a smell in the room all day which I bet is from all of the mold. I would not recommend this place.

Dirty, Moldy, and Deceptive

I visited this hotel with a group of friends in July of 2023. All of us had problems with our rooms. One person had a room that had a door that was unable to lock. All of us had MAJOR issues with the cleanliness of our rooms. Multiple rooms had mold on the ceilings and walls. My room had mold throughout the bathroom, including top to bottom on the curtain. The bedding was absolutely filthy and covered with stains. None of us had our rooms cleaned at any point throughout our stay. The refrigerator was dirty and water was never resupplied. The hotel was so terrible that we ended up leaving early. I travel a lot and have never seen a hotel that advertised with such deceptive photos that are in now way representative of the facilities condition. DO NOT STAY HERE

La femme à l’accueil ne sourit jamais, N’écoute même pas la fin de la demande qu’elle répond déjà. Non je lui laisse la clé pour faire la chambre à 11h Du matin. Je rentre le soir À 23h la chambre n’a pas été faite, Pas de papier toilette…. Le prix est très correct, malheureusement j’en garde un mauvais souvenir à cause de cette personne

N’y aller surtout pas, il y a uniquement le personnel qui est top, FUYEZ. Les chambres sont grande et ont l’air très belle sur le site sauf que : Les photos des chambre ont sûrement dû être prises au moment de la construction de l’hôtel car tout est délabré, rien est entretenu. Les stores de la salle de bain ne s’ouvrent pas, la peinture est à refaire et certains meuble a changer. Les chambres sont sales, elles sont remplis de toiles d’araignées, de fourmis, de calcaire et autre taches douteuses sur les fauteuils. Le sol n’est pas fait ou du moins ont y passe juste l’eau car c’est gras, je ne restais jamais pieds nu où que ce soit. La baignoire est horrible, je ne l’ai même pas utilisé. Ce n’est pas du tout insonorisé. L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’un lotissement où il y’a des chiens qui aboient une fois la nuit tombée jusqu’à 2-3h du matin. Lorsque vous pensez pouvoir enfin dormir, des coq vous réveil dès 5-6h du matin jusqu’à pas d’heure… Au petit déjeuner on vous impose des menu complet et vous ne pouvez pas switché entre les menu donc si vous voulez le menu A mais que vous voulez un aliment du menu B vous ne pouvez pas. Il faut prendre la A ou le B complètement. Les potions sont ridicule et il y a TOUJOURS des ruptures donc vous n’avez même pas le menu complet. Le pain est rassit, le jus n’est pas du vrai jus de fruit mais sûrement des sachets en poudre dilué bref, ce n’est pas bon. Je suis vraiment déçu ça ne reflète vraiment pas ce qu’on lit, N’Y ALLER PAS !

간단한 조식 정도만 있고, 벌과 개미 등 벌레들이 좀 있어요. 아침에 근처의 닭장 때문에 닭 우는 소리가 너무 시끄럽고, 좁은도로 안쪽에 있어서 접근성이 매우 떨어집니다. 우붓지역에서만 이동한다면 좋을수도 있는데, 교통편이 불편하고, 특히 첫날 물이 제대로 안나와서 수리해주시긴 했습니다만, 저는 수건 교체 안하고 계속 사용한거랑 문앞에 쓰레기를 두어도 치워주지 않는것, 변기안이 너무 더러운것, 실내 슬리퍼가 없고, 옷장등이 없는것, 금고가 고장나서 소리가 계속 소리가 난것 등이 불편하더라구여. 같이간 친구가 교통편이 안좋다고 하루 손해보고 이틀만 머물고 체크아웃 했습니다.

Photos très très anciennes hôtel décevant

Expérience horrible, les photos sont anciennes et le lieu n’a pas été entretenu. C’est dommage cela devait être bien avant. Il a fallu qu’on leur dise que l’eau de la piscine était verte pour qu’ils s’en occupent. Très décevant pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel. Le service de navette pour le centre était bien.

Great Stay

Definitely one of the better hotels around Ubud, peaceful and quiet, the staffs there are phenomenal and super friendly addition to being helpful. Would totally recommend giving this place a try.

Гостиница находится на отдалении от центра Убуда, чуть в стороне от основной дороги, поэтому спокойно. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Номера небольшие и обычные. На 5 звёзд конечно не тянет, максимум 4. Полотенца, зубные наборы, наборы для бритья часто не докладывали, приходилось напоминать. Два бассейна, но возле того, который ближе к ресторану попахивало канализацией. Бассейн неполноценный Инфинити, а так некоторое подобие. Завтрак не шведский стол. Шатл в Убуд номинально есть, но ходит очень редко. Рядом с гостиницей нет ничего (кафе, массажи и т.п.). Вариант для тех, кто не планирует часто выходить из гостиницы.
