Breakfast service was slow and food expensive and limited. Room was ok but in need of a bit of refurbishment. My towels were small, old and there was an unpleasant smell on them. Disappointed that there was no water, tea or coffee facilities in the room. An ok hotel and staff were generally friendly but it was overpriced. The resort costs were very expensive and unnecessary.

Had a great stay. First time at PH but won't be mu last. Hotel easy to get around and love the Miracle Mile Shops especially La Salsa Cantina and Blondies for Breakfast so good.
