"Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way. We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating."

"We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel staff was very nice and caring. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained overall, although we had a small issue of water accumulation in the sink which was later fixed with some delay. The restaurant offers good breakfast. Would certainly recommend booking with breakfast included. The hotel is in a quite area and close to attractions. We enjoyed staying in a room overlooking the Shannon river. "The courtyard B&B was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I. We were traveling through from Killarney to Galway and stayed one night in this hotel. It was clean, warm, friendly, and Seiff. We did the banquet at Bunratty Castle, which was fun and in walking distance from this B&B, the beds were so nice that we overslept and missed breakfast however, I can only imagine it was great given all the other factors in this day . highly recommend."

"I think I chose the wrong time of year to visit. It was 28c & room 220 had no AC. The window only opened 6 inches. The room was like boiling all night. With what bit of air was coming through was accompanied by the sound of seagulls all night long. So I didn’t get a great nights sleep unfortunately. Glad i was only in that room 2 nights.
