Location is at the central of Mandalay, easy to move around. Hotel front desk helped transportation and trip plan. The cost is great and better than outside bargain price. Breakfast is also great. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free!
