"First room had a window and smell issue.. they were very courteous, easily switched rooms and were nice and professional throughout our 4 day stay. No heat which is a little bit of a bummer, but overall great value for massive rooms with stunning spa room"

"Hotel was actually better than expected. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to touch base in Taiwan, shopping & food close by. The employees were friendly, professional, and allotted us 1 extra hour to check-out due to 3am check-in. Room was clean, TV, hot shower, decent bed. Breakfast buffet was great! "

"It has a vibrant neighborhood with wet market, local food stalls and provision shops etc. where the locals live their lives, completely full of local culture. Those whom wanted to fully immerse with the local will find this a gem. The hotel itself is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful They even have a 24hr snack bar and ice cream free of charge. "It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available. "
