Our room was clean however there was a tear in the ceiling, looked as though there was a water leak at one point that didn't repair properly. The elevator...that needs to be serviced! I didn't bring attention to it, felt safe enough to keep using it without telling the staff, I'm sure they are well aware. Other than that, the stay was pleasant."

Also, water noise from a pipe in the middle of the night. Asked again. Reception man said he didn't follow up. He would do again after we were gone. Not very professionnal. "
