"Excellent staff service. The property is as described, with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.The food at the restaurant was nice. Our flight was early and the restaurant staff prepared takeout breakfast sandwiches for us. My only negative comment is the Resort’s incorrect phone information that appears in Expedia Canada website. I had trouble contacting the Resort because of.the phone mixup. Perhaps it was Expedia Canada’s fault but I reported the phone number issue with the resort and suggested...

"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."

"Cama e lençóis confortáveis, chuveiro bom e ar condicionado potente. O Wi-fi também era bom. Gostamos de algumas comodidades como as toalhas de praia, o transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto (pagamento a parte) e o bar da piscina.
