"Staff is good room was supposed to have a microwave and didn't the shower wasn't spraying and the tub flooded and I'm still waiting for my deposit back for the last 3 times I stayed in all its ok in a pinch but a little bit rundown"

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here...

"I found about six hairs around the entire hotel room. Carpets were lifting from the ground and from the baseboards. The toilet was making running water sounds all night and you could actively hear noise. I was going on in the hallways other room rooms."

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. ...

"This is our go-to place in Sudbury. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and staff are always wonderful. We always visit Science North when in town so the location is also perfect."
