All the doors and locks are operated by smartphone, through their website, which is a bit daunting if you haven't used a system like this before, and can cause a little bit of battery-anxiety, but ultimately it works very well. "The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the lovely little lady in the breakfast room who greeted everyone with a smile and offered to top up our coffee/tea. Our room had a great view of the Oslo Opera House and was pretty spacious, although it could have been brighter. Despite the heater under the desk not doing much. "Property is nice and clean. Quiet location. Only negative is that it was listed as a two bedroom apartment but only has one bedroom. There’s a pull out couch which worked well for us but not what we expected based upon the listing. "
