The premium room I had stayed in had roaches crawling around everywhere. The drain on the bathroom sink was not fully put together which meant I was unable to use it. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with dead spiders and a clump of something lying in the tub. There was also half a bag of cereal in the cabinet upon arrival. However, I did like how the room was set up and all the furniture in it looked clean and fairly new, which gives it the potential of being very nice. All staff members were courteous and housekeeping was also consistent. My only suggestion is that housekeeping offers bug spraying for rooms during their rounds.

Place was over booked. Drove all the way up from Miami to find out there was no room at the inn. Had to find another place to stay spur of the moment. Not all bad though, PLACE IS A DUMP !!

Much more of an extended stay place. No amenities like blow dryer or housekeeping for a short stay. Not even any cups for coffee maker in the room.

They were working in one of the rooms. So they were banging and machines were going two nights. A lot of noise couldn’t really sleep I was very unhappy with that. I stayed there for a week. Decided to check out instead of extend it for another week. Very unhappy about that.

I understand it is a no frills hotel, however one would expect pillows, towels, shower curtain and sheets without stains and mold. The shower in room 359 didn't have hot water mixer valve broken. tv remote held together with duct tape. walls paper thin..next door started blaring music at 6am. I am so happy it was only one night.I would have slept on my sons dorm floor instead of staying another night.

The property is in a good location that is within minutes of any dining or shopping needs you may have. It is also a few minutes drive to the University of Alabama. It was also nice having a full-size fridge, a microwave and a two-burner cook top in the room The down side is, the property struggles with a roach problem. I killed five during the week I stayed there. They sprayed some of the rooms while I was there, but there is a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the doors, so I believe they migrate to avoid the spray.

It was more than a room, it was more like a suite. With hardwood floors it was extremely clean and believe me, I checked everything! Staff extremely friendly and helpful! The lady over the breakfast was very friendly. The food fresh and delicious every day. Housekeeping staff also very friendly and thorough. We checked on line and they had the best rate in town. Could not believe how much you got for that price! Definitely recommend.
