Good food, very kind staffs, very clean, and big resort.

One of the best service experiences that we have ever had. My wife needed a wheelchair, that was furnished one at no charge, and our room moved to the ground floor. We took advantage of their Balinese cooking class and were delighted by the staff and the results. Even our departure was excellent! The hotel staff contacted the transfer company to ensure that the driver allowed sufficient time to meet our flight and provided us with a box breakfast due to our early departure. The facilities were beautiful, but the service ........ Sublime!

We had this beautiful little villa surrounded by lovely gardens and squirrels. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The location is on the beach in Legian. This is truly one of the better places we have stayed with beautiful tradition grounds. While you’re inside the hotel area, it is peaceful and quiet.

Architecture, pool and gardens are top notch. We choose the large wood cabinet with garden view. Very pretty, though dark and towards end of the property. Be aware of a small climb with quite a bit of stairs from room to lobby. Cleanliness and comfort and both pools were amazing. We enjoyed staying here and truly loved the cooking class with Chef Antoine!
