Hotel Shibari is a wonderful place to stay in Tulum. It is very secure and safe, tranquil, and all of the staff are efficient, professional, and friendly. They had options to rent bikes and scooters, and had a nice restaurant along with room service.

Beautiful location and a truly unique experience with the hotel surrounding a cenote. Great staff and tasty food and drinks. The gym is open air Which made it tough to use in August. Would recommend for a couple. Great place to unwind.

The Staff , was the most attentive, I’ve experienced in all my global travels. The Cenote, was beautiful, transformative, haha. The food , the room , jacuzzi were awesome as well . The cenote is worth everything. No need to worry about sargassum seaweed on beach, although Shibari has no fee beach access across the street. Daily yoga included! Free bike rental! Many shops, bars, and restaurants just steps away. Security police station neighbor and guest only access made me feel very safe as solo female traveler.
