I love loved my stay here! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment my spouse and I arrived we had VIP treatment. Jay was so accommodating and helpful with booking transportation and making reservations! Room service was amazing and quick as well! I love enjoying the bar and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend couples and solo travelers! You will not be disappointed. Friend groups and families as well! I only stayed 3 nights but this is a place I would visit again!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Milan. The room was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, (the espresso too!) and the bartender who made our signature drinks made a performance out of it. The staff was super friendly. Although the outdoor shower was a dream, the hot water ran out quick.

A Gem

I can’t say enough great things about my 6 days at Hotel Milam. I stayed in one of the private residences with friends. It was the perfect combination of privacy and top notch attentiveness from the wonderful staff. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The food was wonderful. We rarely felt like leaving the hotel. The vibe is serene and not crowded. I wouldn’t suggest it if you are looking for a loud party scene. It is a bit off the beaten path so taxis are a must. If you are looking to relax, eat great food, enjoy the spa, and appreciate an attentive staff then you won’t regret staying here.

The Milam experience was everything I thought it would be. From the staff to the amazing chefs. The Milam Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. My partner and I had a fabulous time. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at this resort location. From the very beginning of our booking to our departure, we were amazed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I was contacted prior to our arrival by the hotel concierge, Myra. She was excellent and she provided very valuable information about transportation from the hotel to suggestions of excursions and dining!! Everything was exceptionally gorgeous and relaxing!! The entire team was amazing!

Our experience was a very pleasant one from the very first minute we entered our villa with a private pool inside. That was the main reason we booked Milam, but it was even more amazing in person. The Samsara bar was our favorite hang out place for the variety of top-shell and mixology cocktails, some with local ingredients that we never tried anywhere else before, we recommend the mojitos with mezcal. The fact that the hotel is literally new gave it the extra tranquil and serene atmosphere that we expected.

It is nice calm hotel located in between all major festival event spots. Very clean. Good internet. Reception ladies are super kind and friendly. In the restaurant Miguel Cruz is an amazing waiter. Just be careful that in some villas hot water in shower is not very hot. We booked two villas - one was providing very nice hot water, and the other one (villa number 11) was kind of just warm (so we could take a shower only in of villas). I would recommend Milam management to promote employees like Miguel Cruz - very careful, attentive, very kind and responsibility minded.
