"The lowest priced accommodations in Ithaca by far, so remember that when booking. The people at the desk are friendly, the bed and bathroom were clean, the location is excellent. Are there problems? Sure, but seriously what are you doing booking a sub-200 dollar room for if you're looking for stain-free carpets? I felt safe, and I was comfortable."

"Rooms are clean, staff is very polite & super responsive. It’s an old building with adequate Rennovation in place. We stayed for a night & can’t complain. Breakfast is just enough to start your day. Over all it’s good."
